COLOR SELECTION ASSISTANCE
This truly sets us apart from the competition! Our design staff can answer any questions regarding color selections, upgrades, change orders, etc. Our team of dedicated professionals guides you through the entire process!
PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING
Meet with your personal Construction Manager who will oversee the progress of your home start to finish! Address questions, concerns and review blueprints before the construction process begins.
ELECTRICAL WALKTHROUGH
Your chance to make any necessary changes to the electrical components of your new home prior to the drywall process!
PRE-DRYWALL WALKTHROUGH
Yet another quality assurance walk-through to make sure you are completely satisfied with the construction of your new Buckhead Home!
FINAL HOMEOWNER ORIENTATION
Take a thorough walk through your new home with Buckhead's Quality Assurance Manager to get to know the systems in your new home. This will also be your opportunity to list any final punch-out items that need attention.
MEET YOUR WARRANTY MANAGER
Several hours before you come to the closing table you will meet Buckhead's Warranty Manager at your new home to verify that all final punch-out items have been completed.
CLOSING COORDINATOR
Our closing coordinator will handle all the paperwork details to assure your closing is a smooth process!
WARRANTY AFTER THE SALE
At closing, you will be supplied with a Seven Day, Sixty Day and Eleven Month follow up program to address warranty issues on your new home. You will also be introduced to the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati's Warranty Program as well as the many manufacturers' warranties on items and systems within your home. A full-time warranty department assures that quality continues after the closing of your new Buckhead Home.
